The Frequency of God’s Glory is a 6-week encounter held in my home on Tuesday mornings.

This isn’t a Bible study — it’s a sacred space to realign spirit, soul, and body. Together, we will listen to what the body is holding, discern what is truly ours to carry, and release what belongs to someone else. We’ll explore how emotional intelligence and healing open us to His truth, and how realignment takes us beyond survival into His glory — restoring us to the fullness of our sovereign design.

Each week, you’ll experience teaching, reflection, and Spirit-led practices that help you move from dissonance to harmony, from heaviness to freedom, and from surviving to walking in partnership with the Lord.

To honor the value of my time and the space I’m holding, I ask each woman to bring a Sacred Exchange.

The suggested exchange is $25 per week.
If that isn’t possible, consider bringing another offering as an exchange directly with me — as a gesture of honor, value, and blessing.

• Share a $15–20 gift card (coffee shop, grocery, bookstore).

• Bring fresh flowers (my favorites are peonies and hydrangeas)

• Bring your favorite healthy snack that I can enjoy later.

• Purchase one of my 4 books to have or gift to a friend.

• Gift card (from your favorite restaurant)

• Bring one of your favorite things you enjoy (I so love exp. what others enjoy, ie, kitchen gadget, make-up tool, etc.)

Your presence is always the greatest gift. The Sacred Exchange simply keeps this encounter rooted in honor and respect for the time, energy, and prayer it requires to lead.
