Identity Mirror
I reflect back what's already there — your design, your wiring, the patterns you've been operating from. You don't leave with something I gave you. You leave with something you already had.
Emotional Architect. Thoroughbred Trainer. Treasure Hunter.
I built this work for the person everyone calls when something needs holding together — and who, in private, is quietly asking who they'd be if they put it all down for an afternoon.
I don't believe they need another coach, another framework, or another five-step plan. I believe they need a mirror clear enough to finally show them the person they were designed to be — and a vocabulary precise enough to name what's been there all along.
That's the work. That's Lifeboard.

They walk away feeling seen, understood, grounded, and reconnected to themselves — often for the first time in years.
The Promise of the WorkI'm something more precise. Three things, actually — and you'll feel all three across an afternoon together.
I reflect back what's already there — your design, your wiring, the patterns you've been operating from. You don't leave with something I gave you. You leave with something you already had.
I see the threads under the noise — the recurring emotional cycles, the survival roles, the gifts you've been calling normal. Once you can see them, you can choose them.
The deliverable, in three words: language for yourself. A vocabulary for your essence, your design, your patterns. Words you didn't have before — and won't lose.
Every piece on the board has a specific way of moving. A knight is not a failed bishop. A queen is not a useful pawn. You have a way of moving too — a design, a range, a particular kind of power. The exhaustion you've been carrying is the cost of playing yourself as the wrong piece. The work begins with naming which piece you actually are.
I believe with everything in me that you were built to run—not to perform. Not to tend someone else's vineyard while your own grows wild and forgotten. There is a version of you that the world has spent years painting over, convincing you to be smaller, quieter, more useful to everyone but yourself.
But here's what I know: that real version of you hasn't gone anywhere. It's still there, waiting for the moment you actually see it again.
That moment—when you catch your true reflection and go quiet because you recognize the face looking back—that's everything. That's when you stop running someone else's race. That's when you come home to yourself.
My work is waking people up to who they actually are. Not who they've been told to be. Not who works best for everyone around them. Who they were built to be.
And the moment you see yourself? Everything changes.
Everything I know about being truly seen, I learned at my own table—with Mit, who has loved me through every version of myself; with McKenzie and Sabrina, who never let me shrink to fit a room; and with Luke, who joined this circle and runs his own race alongside us.
They know me because they're living their own designs. Each of them running in the places they're called to run. And I get the honor of witnessing it—really seeing them as they become who they were built to be.
I don't do this work from theory. I do it from a life surrounded by people who know what it means to be fully seen and to see others the same way.
I'd be honored to help you build that kind of life too—one where you're not performing, but running. Where you're not shrinking, but seen.
The McKenzie name is my mother's legacy. She's been a steady, valued presence throughout my life—the kind of presence that teaches you what it means to show up and stay. Her influence on who I am is woven in quietly, in the everyday. I've watched her follow through on her commitments in ways that matter to her—caring well for my grandmother, weathering hard seasons with grace, loving even when it costs something. I'm honored to carry her name and her legacy forward.
My father was warmth itself—loving, supportive, kind, the one who could make anyone smile. He spent his life taking care of us. We lost him in 2017, but his presence is still felt every day, and I sure do miss him. I carry his legacy forward too—in the way he loved, in the way he showed up, in the warmth that lives on in all of us.
